Who am I? By education I am a Health and Fitness professional. By experience I am a self development enthusiast. I use physical practices to explore internal environments of mind and energy. I hold many titles and wear many hats. But when you strip the self proclaimed identities away I am simply a spiritual being experiencing humanity for a little while. I ebb and flow between light and dark parts of being human. I revel in my reality. I am in a constant state of exploring and evolving.
