Spirit. Mind. Body.

I can remember a time when I was out of alignment with my spirit, my WHY.

My mind would race, then it would shut down. It would talk me out of all sorts of cool opportunities. It told me relentlessly that I wasn’t enough.

My body was fighting against me. Migraines, autoimmune responses, chronic fatigue to the point of almost adrenal fatigue. Arthritis. The physical symptoms from panic attacks and depression. All before the age of 30.

I was sick and tired of being sick and tired.

Maybe some of you are at that point. That point where you know something has to give or you will break.

Maybe you are at the point where you know you need a change, but do not known where to start.

May I suggest something?

Move.

Do something. One thing.

Then do it again.

It is powerful to experience and witness the movement in someone’s life.

The empowerment.

The fortitude.

The brilliance.

I have experienced and witnessed my own journey over the past 20 years. The ebbs and flows of movement.

I have followed in educational pursuits to understand what I innately did.

And now I want to share. I want to be in service to you.

So that you, that is sitting there reading this may know the brilliance of you. To shine so bright that those around you light up.

For you to stand in all that you are and revel in it.
